Mini Kaleidoscopes

The mini kaleidoscopes have first-surface mirrors, magnifying optical lens, and a dry object chamber filled with colorful beads.  The image is bright and clear with a rainbow of colors.  The end caps of the scopes are made of polished brass. The kaleidoscopes are made of solid wood and have a three mirror system. They are  clear-coated with multiple coats of gloss lacquer to emphasize the natural beauty of the wood. The scopes measure 1 1/2" wide and 2 5/8" tall.

To add an interesting detail to many of my kaleidoscopes, I turn a captive ring which is placed in the middle of the scope where the loose ring remains "captive" by the wood piece. Another unique detail are inlays which are added to the top and bottom of the scope. The kaleidoscopes displayed below are available for sale. If you are interested in selecting a different wood, please choose the design your own page or contact us. All mini kaleidoscopes are packaged in a beautiful gift box.
