Large Kaleidoscopes

The large kaleidoscopes are made of domestic and imported exotic woods and have laminated ends of contrasting colors and measure 9” to 10” tall.  A matching display stand is optional. 

These scopes are made with first-surface mirrors for high reflectivity and a bright colorful image.  The revolving object cell is oil-filled and contains faceted “jewels” that tend to float around in the pattern.  The scopes are clear-coated with multiple coats of gloss lacquer to emphasize the natural beauty of the wood. These kaleidoscopes are available in two, three, and six mirror systems.  All scopes shown below are available for sale.
